thx pic, 令我們大開眼界, 其實香港是可以做到的, 在西九文化中心和一些舊的工廠大廈, 是可以利用的, 或者可以學西雅圖的capture venture 那樣, 尋找合作資金, 好像數碼港那樣, 和政府探討其開發的可能性~~!
